Vaccinations????

So I've been giving some thought to this outcry and focus on vaccines.  There are those on one side of the camp who say vaccines are necessary to keep disease at bay, to protect the herd and then there are those on the other that say no  way to injecting the disease into healthy bodies risking side effects that are too numerous too list, let alone pronounce ..... but while this discussion goes on and threats of "forcing" vaccinations goes on; I wonder if those who like to act like they are in charge have given much thought to the fact that the folks that they don't want to keep out of the country and continue to come across the borders illegally,  who's checking to make sure those folks are vaccinated?
